CUSTOMER CARE

ORDERS

All of our jewelry is handmade. Most of our pieces ship within 1-3 business days after your order is placed, however in some cases it could take up to 5 business days. Once your item is on the way, a notification will be sent to you via email. If you would like to check on the status of an order, please text us at 1-205-585-3800 or email us at info@jewelrybyjamie.com. We know that sometimes you need your jewelry quickly for special occasions and if this is the case we will do everything we can to rush your order. If your order is a rush, please text or email us and we will send you an email letting you know when you can expect your item as well as the estimated rush shipping charges.


SPECIAL ORDERS:

Adjustment of sizes: We want your jewelry to fit you perfectly. If you would like to customize the length of our necklaces, earrings, or bracelets, please email us at info@jewelrybyjamie.com. Let us know the item you would like to have adjusted and in most cases there will be no extra charge for custom sizing. If there is an extra charge we will contact you for an additional Paypal payment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We currently offer shipping to our customers through USPS. Once shipped, your packages should arrive in 1-5 business days within the contiguous US, 3-7 days to Alaska & Hawaii. If you need your jewelry sooner, we offer USPS Priority Mail for $5.00 extra. We cannot ship to APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes.


PAYMENT:

We accept all payments in US dollars ($) through Paypal. You can order online through our secure shopping cart.

SALES-TAX:

All orders shipped to Alabama will be charged the local sales tax.


PAYMENT AND ONLINE SECURITY:

Protecting your private information is our highest priority. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to purchase our jewelry. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your personal information.


PRIVACY POLICY:

Your privacy is very important to us. When you make a purchase from us online, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address and credit card information. You provide this information to us so that we can process and ship you your order. We do not sell information to anyone. We will occasionally utilize 3rd party email management sources to deliver emails to those who have requested to receive emails from us. When you order from us, you will be placed on the Jewelry by Jamie email list. If you should wish to unsubscribe, you may do so at any time by simply emailing us with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.


RETURNS:

We want you to love your Jewelry by Jamie items! All items purchased online may be returned in their original, unworn condition. You must first email us at info@jewelrybyjamie.com to request a Return Authorization. Jewelry by Jamie reserves the right to decline returns based on color, sizing, or any reason related to a change of heart about the purchase. If your return is approved you must print out the Return Authorization and include it with the items. If possible, send your returns in their original packaging or a box and padded envelope to keep it safe. If your package arrives damaged, we reserve the right to refuse your return. We will process your return promptly, although it may take a few days for a refund to appear on your Paypal account. Shipping and Delivery charges are not refunded. If payments include coupon vouchers, you will be issued a new coupon voucher and the remaining balance will be refunded to your Paypal account. MATERIALS:

We handpick all of our materials and gemstones and hand-make some of our findings. All stones & findings will naturally vary to some degree in color, size and shape.

Brass, copper, 925 silver plated, along with metal alloy components maybe be used in all pieces. If you have a sensitivity to any metal, please carefully read the product descriptions to make sure the item you purchase will not cause a reaction.

Metal findings and wire may change color, oxidize, tarnish or patina over time.

Some items are delicate and if dropped my break so be mindful when removing your jewerly.

Actual items may vary slightly in how they appear in photographs. We do our best to take high quality images that fully represent the actual items, however slight variations should be expected due to different screen settings on monitors, tablets, and smart phones.

CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY:

Metal components naturally oxidize over time and will require polishing from time to time. We recommend Jewel Brite products. Their tarnish remover & polishing cloth is excellent to use on all metals. Their jewelry cleaner solution is organic, 100% biodegradable, child safe and safe for stones and pearls.
